Sorrento Sunrise is composed by 2 Double bedrooms + 1 double sofa bed (sleeps 4+2), 1 dining/sitting room and 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower. Apartment Sorrento Sunrise is a charming 100sqm apartment just been renovated, located in the historical center of Sorrento at just 5 min walk from the main square Piazza Tasso. The property is located on the second floor of an apartment block accessible via lift.

Entering the property you will find the corridor, on the right there is the sitting/dining room with a dining table that can accommodate 6 people, double sofa bed (suitable for 2people ), kitchen fully equipped with four-burner gas cooker, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle/boiler.

On the left of the corridor you can find the first double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, this bathroom has also another door that can be used from the corridor, so perfect as a family bathroom when 6 people, it has two separate entrances. The second double bedroom is located at the end of the corridor with another ensuite bathroom with shower. Air Conditioning is located in bedrooms and living/dining room. Also present a spare room equipped for laundry facilities, such as washing and drying machine, iron and ironing board.

Holiday rentals are properties that vary between apartments, homes and villas. Each are considerate properties self-catering.

All self-catering properties are fully furnished and supplied with house hold equipment such as cutlery and crockery, although in some cases you’ll be charged extra for linen or towels as well as for gas and electricity, this varies according to the property and owners requirements.

A mandatory clearing fee may apply in the amount specified in the property notes and is payable locally, on arrival. Mid week maid service with daily change of linen and towels if not specified is never included. Even when the tenant must pay the final clearing costs, the tenant is obliged to remove the rubbish and to leave the property in a clean and tidy state, otherwise there may be further cost deductions above and beyond those already owed.

We do not provide coffee and tea facilities, groceries such as water, oil, salt etc. ,toiletry ( soap, toilet paper , shampoo ), laundry ( washing machine soap etc. ) this must be arranged previously by the guest or in resort. It is entirely up to the owners discretion to offer certain facilities and welcome gifts.

It is not allowed to organize parties, events without the consent of the owner or to invite any extra person to sleep in the accommodation if it goes over the numbers of beds.

Any extra arrangemts needs to be authorized and arranged by the property, which will advise of the costs applied.
